The certified appraiser's certificate enables them to independently perform the assessments of the value of shares and stocks, intangible assets (brands, know-how, software, etc.) as well as machinery and movables. As such, they are intended for all finance workers who need to perform valuations (for external needs) within their business, but also for finance workers who frequently deal with strategic planning, investment analysis, capital budgeting, making projections, business plans and discounting, cost-benefit analyses of projects, etc.
The Croatian society of Appraisers is an independent association of certified experts for economic appraisal of legal entities, assets, liabilities, and capital. The society has been operating for the last 20 years and in which period it was an important factor in the assessment process in the Republic of Croatia.
